PhD opportunity in climate law at CBS Law

We are recruiting for a PhD position in Climate Law at CBS Law. More specifically we are looking for:

"The central aim of this PhD scholarship is to advance our understanding of recent developments in climate law. It can, for example, concern climate law and policies with tort law (damages) in relation to liability for corporate negligence, the right to prevent damage, and the potential for punitive damages.

These focus areas are suggestive, and applications that address other focus areas within the theme of climate law, and within the scope of the CBS LAW, will also be considered."
