New book out - Qualification, Selection and Exclusion in EU Procurement

The new book of the European Procurement Law Series by the European Procurement Law Group is now out. Its on qualification, selection and exclusion in EU public procurement and edited by Martin Burgi, Martin Trybus and Steen Treumer. One of my chapters (on Portugal) is freely available on SSRN.
