The UK Government published yesterday a green paper on public procurement reform with proposals for a new legal framework post-Brexit. I am yet to have the time to look at it properly, but Albert has already done so.
There is now an open consultation period until early March and this proposal warrants a thorough look and commentary.

The Commission launched last week the PPDS, a service that is expected to aggregate data about public procurement in the EU. In essence it takes the data included in the eForms filled in by contracting authorities and makes it available to anyone. For example, it is possible to check for
