UK Government publishes green paper on public procurement reform

The UK Government published yesterday a green paper on public procurement reform with proposals for a new legal framework post-Brexit. I am yet to have the time to look at it properly, but Albert has already done so.

There is now an open consultation period until early March and this proposal warrants a thorough look and commentary.
